Privacyverklaring (Nederlands)

Shies Says verwerkt alleen de persoonsgegevens die nodig zijn om je bericht te beantwoorden en opdrachten uit te voeren, volgens de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG) en de Spaanse wet LOPDGDD 3/2018.

1. Wie is verantwoordelijk?

Shisei Holwerda, handelend onder de naam Shies Says, NIF Z1254598E, Calle Mar Arábigo 1, Bloque C - apartamento 3G, 18220 Albolote, Granada, Spanje. Voor vragen over je gegevens mail je naar connect@shiessays.com.

2. Welke gegevens, waarvoor en hoe lang?

Contactformulier of e-mail. Gegevens: Naam, e-mailadres, onderwerp en inhoud van je bericht. Doel: Je vraag beantwoorden, een kennismakingsgesprek plannen. Grondslag: Je toestemming, of stappen voorafgaand aan een overeenkomst. Bewaartermijn: Tot 12 maanden na het laatste contact.

Opdracht of aankoop. Gegevens: Naam, bedrijfsnaam, adres, btw-nummer, e-mailadres, factuurgegevens. Doel: De opdracht uitvoeren en factureren. Grondslag: Uitvoering van de overeenkomst en wettelijke verplichting. Bewaartermijn: Minimaal 6 jaar, de wettelijke termijn voor administratie.

Videofeedback. Gegevens: De opname die je aanlevert, met beeld en geluid van jou en eventuele anderen. Doel: Gesproken feedback geven op je opname. Grondslag: Uitvoering van de overeenkomst. Bewaartermijn: Tot 30 dagen na levering van de feedback.

Websitebezoek. Gegevens: Technische gegevens zoals IP-adres en browsertype. Doel: De website veilig en werkend houden. Grondslag: Gerechtvaardigd belang. Bewaartermijn: Zolang nodig voor de dienstverlening van Showit.

Lever je een video aan waarin andere mensen herkenbaar zijn, dan ben jij ervoor verantwoordelijk dat zij daarvan weten.

3. Met wie deel ik je gegevens?

Shies Says verkoopt je gegevens nooit. Alleen deze partijen krijgen ze te zien, omdat zij een dienst voor Shies Says leveren:

• Showit, Inc. (Verenigde Staten): hosting van de website en verwerking van het contactformulier
• Google (Gmail): e-mail
• Squarespace: domeinnaam en doorsturen van e-mail
• De gestor of boekhouder van Shies Says en de Spaanse belastingdienst, voor de administratie

Sommige van deze partijen zijn gevestigd buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte. In dat geval gebeurt de doorgifte op basis van het EU-VS Data Privacy Framework of de modelcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie.

4. Cookies

Deze website gebruikt alleen technische cookies die nodig zijn om de website te laten werken. Er worden geen analytische of marketingcookies gebruikt.

5. Jouw rechten

Je mag je gegevens inzien, laten corrigeren of laten verwijderen. Je kunt ook de verwerking laten beperken, bezwaar maken, je gegevens laten overdragen en een gegeven toestemming intrekken. Stuur daarvoor een mail naar connect@shiessays.com. Je krijgt binnen een maand antwoord.

Ben je het niet eens met hoe Shies Says met je gegevens omgaat, dan kun je een klacht indienen bij de Spaanse toezichthouder, de Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es), of bij de toezichthouder in je eigen land.

6. Beveiliging

Shies Says neemt passende maatregelen om je gegevens te beschermen, zoals een beveiligde verbinding (https) en sterke, unieke wachtwoorden.

Shies Says only processes the personal data needed to answer your message and carry out assignments, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Which data, what for and for how long?

Contact form or email. Data: Name, email address, subject and content of your message. Purpose: Answering your question, scheduling an introductory call. Legal basis: Your consent, or steps prior to entering into a contract. Retention period: Up to 12 months after the last contact.

Assignment or purchase. Data: Name, company name, address, VAT number, email address, invoicing details. Purpose: Carrying out and invoicing the assignment. Legal basis: Performance of the contract and legal obligation. Retention period: At least 6 years, the statutory period for business records.

Video feedback. Data: The recording you submit, with image and sound of you and possibly others. Purpose: Giving spoken feedback on your recording. Legal basis: Performance of the contract. Retention period: Up to 30 days after the feedback is delivered.

Website visit. Data: Technical data such as IP address and browser type. Purpose: Keeping the website secure and working. Legal basis: Legitimate interest. Retention period: As long as needed for Showit to provide its service.

If you submit a video in which other people can be recognised, you are responsible for making sure they know about it.

3. Who do I share your data with?

Shies Says never sells your data. Only these parties have access to it, because they provide a service to Shies Says:

• Showit, Inc. (United States): website hosting and processing of the contact form
• Google (Gmail): email
• Squarespace: domain name and email forwarding
• The gestor or accountant of Shies Says and the Spanish tax authorities, for bookkeeping

Some of these parties are based outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer takes place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

4. Cookies

This website only uses technical cookies that are needed for the website to work. No analytics or marketing cookies are used.

5. Your rights

You may access your data and have it corrected or deleted. You can also have the processing restricted, object to it, have your data transferred and withdraw consent you have given. To do so, email connect@shiessays.com. You will receive a reply within one month.

If you disagree with how Shies Says handles your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es), or with the authority in your own country.

6. Security

Shies Says takes appropriate measures to protect your data, such as a secure connection (https) and strong, unique passwords.

7. Changes
